At the crossroads of Europe, Scandinavia and the Baltic, Copenhagen is easy to get to. Copenhagen Airport is Northern Europe's main airport and traffic hub. The airport is also the hub for SAS Airlines.
Direct connections are available from Copenhagen Airport to a total of 132 destinations worldwide, 19 of which are intercontinental, 84 European, 22 Nordic and seven domestic. Denmark is also easily reached by train, ferry or car depending on your point of departure.

Getting from the airport to central Copenhagen
By train, metro or taxi
At the end of terminal 3 in the Copenhagen International Airport there is direct access to the train station and the metro station.
By train
There are lifts and escalators between the train platforms and Terminal 3. From the train station you have a twelve-minute train ride to the Central Station in Copenhagen - in Danish called Hovedbanegården. The trains run regularly - during the day every ten minutes. For planning your trip by train
By metro
The Metro station is located at the end of Terminal 3 and is covered by the roof of the terminal. During the week days the Metro operates from five o'clock in the morning until midnight. It runs at 4-6 minutes’ intervals during the day and evening hours and every 15 minutes during the night. Friday - Sunday the Metro operates round the clock. The travel time from the airport to Nørreport station in central Copenhagen is 15 minutes and to the stop at the Copenhagen Business School – Frederiksberg - approximately 21 minutes.

Tickets and fares from the airport
Single-ride tickets as well as multi-ride tickets are valid for the train, Metro, and buses. At the airport tickets can be purchased from the DSB ticket office above the railway station or at the Metro station in Terminal 3.
Tickets and travel cards (for the Copenhagen and Northern Zealand HT-zone) are also available from ticket machines in the station area.
Please note that the ticket machines do not accept notes, only coins and cards such as the Dankort, VISA, etc. The trip from the airport to central Copenhagen covers 3 zones that costs DKK 34.50 – approximately € 4.25 – and the ticket is valid for 1 hour. A three-zone multi-ride ticket with ten clips (rides) costs DKK 175.
By taxi
Taxis are available at the airport. You will find them in front of Terminals 1 and 3. A Taxi from the airport to central Copenhagen costs approximately 300 DKK. Taxis accept cash and most major credit cards.
Getting to Copenhagen Business School CBS is a campus that is unique in that it has three metro stations connecting all the buildings and allowing fast and easy access to downtown Copenhagen (6 minutes) and the airport (21 minutes). You can also reach CBS by bus: number 18 (Falkoner Alle), 29 (Nyelandsvej), 39 og 100S (Nordre Fasanvej).
Tickets and fares when getting around in Copenhagen and from Copenhagen Business School
Travel within the central Copenhagen area – and from Copenhagen Business School covers 2 zones. A single-ride (two-zone) ticket costs DKK 23 - approximately € 3 - while a two-zone multi-ride ticket with ten clips (rides) costs DKK 135 - approximately € 18. The two-zone ticket allows you to ride unlimited for one hour. Tickets can be bought on busses (do not bring large notes) and inside all train and Metro stations. The multi-ride tickets are also available in most kiosks/newspaper stands and supermarkets.

Tickets validity
• Tickets / stamped ten-trip cards for 2 and 3 zones are valid for one hour.
• Tickets / stamped ten-trip cards for 4, 5 and 6 zones are valid for 1.5 hours.
• Tickets / stamped ten-trip cards for all zones are valid for 2 hours.
Accommodation
Special hotel conference rates are offered by a number of hotels at a first-come-first-served basis.
These are:
• Hotel SAS Radisson Falconer which is located next to the Copenhagen Business School. The prices are DKK 1195 for standard single room and DKK 1295 for standard dobble room - both including super breakfast buffet.
