What am I currently studying?
Currently I am writing on the research report ‘Success in the Building Industry’.
Are there any success stories in the building industry?
Certainly, we just rarely hear about them. That is what I am trying to make up for in my report.
Why success stories?
I have earlier looked at scamped work in building industry. There is much to learn from failures in the building process, but there is at least as much to learn from the success stories.
What have I earlier studied?
I have earlier worked with media and labor market research and been affiliated with a research project on the Danish film industry.
Why Center for Studying Management of the Building Process?
In the Center we are focusing on qualitative analyses and start from the ‘world’ of practitioners. This fits well with my interest in combining theory and practice. The building industry is an important sector in Denmark, and I see it as a challenge to be in a position to explore how we can improve and offer novel ideas to the industry.
