Within the Center I am working with the project ’Failures in the Building Process’. The building industry has tried to combat failures and scamped work for many years – but what does it really take to change this situation?
We develop new perspectives on this ‘old’ challenge by digging a bit deeper and explore empirically what actually is happening during the building process – what happens when it does wrong? – and what happens when it goes well? And what makes the difference? What can we learn from this way of studying the building process? Apart from my work at the Center, I and working with FLOWgroup.dk exploring the possibility to view the project as meandering rather than following a straight line.
